To begin, all customers receive their proposal within 2 weeks of meeting with Mike Fasolino to discuss proposals or estimates.  Once a proposal has been signed and returned you will be contacted for further discussion of the proposal details and/or to discuss a job start date.  Once a job has been started we are committed to your job until completion and until you are satisfied with our results.

We have a knowledgeable staff that can answer any questions you may have.  All work is performed in a professional manner and care is taken with regards to your furniture and personal belongings within your home. We stress the importance of clean job sites to our employees. We are registered with the Better Business Bureau.  Most of our jobs do not require a homeowner to be present during our workdays.  We do work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am until 5:00 pm or later and on most Saturdays from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm as needed.  We are a fully licensed and insured company.
